On Friday, September 11th, papers were filed with the Court substituting Brian Claypool in as County resident Dave Egan’s attorney. Dave Egan has a lawsuit against Del Norte County naming a number of former employees and one current employee.
Dave Egan’s story became wide spread as a result of this publication’s series of articles titled the “BlackHawk Pistol Story.”
I bet those named in the lawsuit crapped all over themselves at this news. 🙂

You know, Mr. Claypool has certainly got to have connections in the mainstream media. I really don’t think it would be difficult once Mr. Egan’s case is over to see to it that Mr. Egan gets paid big money for the rights to his story.
I really do believe there was a massive injustice against Mr. Egan by members of law enforcement and various people that make up the Government body there in Del Norte County.
Once again, i am so glad I moved away from the area.

Great news it is time for Del Norte county to be spanked once again by Brian Claypool
Just today i started to email Brian Claypool. A few people I know said I should try and get him to come here. Boy, do I have a lot to tell him. Did you read the paper today? Two officers steal $300 dollars from a drug bust. Funny how they only say Yates’name. When two guys steal they both are guilty, yet Yates is the only one named. Why is that?
Then you have a CHP stealing from evidence room. Yet again they never say his name (BRIAN). Now I got remanded to jail and $150,000.00 bail. I turned myself in, made all my court dates, and yet they put me in jail. Griffen sat there and lied under oath and I have proof. My attorney just sat there and didn’t cross examine him at all. So, away I went to jail.
Its about time someone comes and puts them in their place.
I’m all for you Dave, they need this. If you want the real news try crescent city times. The Triplicate only puts what they are allowed to.
