BREAKING NEWS: Trump Sues Hillary Clinton

Just hours ago, a 108 page document was filed in Federal Court in Florida by Former President Donald Trump.

Named in the lawsuit as Defendants:

Hillary Clinton

Christopher Steele, a former British intelligence officer

Former DNC chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.)

Former FBI Director James Comey

Longtime Democratic political consultant John Podesta

Former DNC attorney Michael Sussmann 

Tech executive Rodney Joffe.

The allegations:

“Their far-reaching conspiracy was designed to cripple Trump’s bid for the presidency by fabricating a scandal that would be used to trigger an unfounded federal investigation and ignite a media frenzy.”

“Maliciously conspired to weave a false narrative that their Republican opponent, Donald J. Trump, was colluding with a hostile foreign sovereignty.” (Russia)

The suit is being brought under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. No less than $24 million are being sought.

Thus far there has been no comment by Hillary Clinton.

    This is all about fundraising for him. He’ll use this to get people to send him money and then he’ll drop the case before it gets to discovery.

          I go with the courts, recounts, and people standing in long lines to vote. I voted for him the first time, but not the second. So guess my votes counted as they say, lol. He won the 2016 election and now he won’t drop it by suing people now. I thought it was childish the way he acted in the “transfer of power” to Biden’s administration.
          I read the CCT to keep up to date on the local issues, and I guess I better stick to them. It’s about the only way to know what’s going on and I enjoy your articles.

    Yes I hope President Trump gets satisfaction from a law suit. I’ll never forget the men Stevens, Smith, Woods, Doherty, that died in Benghazi. Smith’s mother said her son Sean Smith kept radioing Hillary Clinton’s office for help and no response. You must have forgotten what happened, how sad. And yes, myself and many others will be so grateful to Trump, and Happy.

    How quickly folks forget. There has to be some justice in these matters. Unfortunately, a court case is often the last ditch effort to reveal the truth. A suggestion: research the outcome of the many audits of state elections of the last election. It’s not over yet! Thanks to Donald Trump for not dropping the ball on these important matters. Without assured integrity in our elections, we will NEVER be confident of having an honest and true election.

    And to those who are critical of Trump filing this suit vs. Hillary, there has been no justice in this matter, so to the courts it goes. Thank God, we can still have hope that those guilty will have to answer for the atrocities that were allowed to happen.
